This is events consultancy at its best! You want to plan your event by yourself but may experience some difficulties; we can help put your dreams in perspective by offering refreshingly different ideas that will give your event that bespoke touch.

This package includes partial planning; when you have already started planning your event but want us to be involved only in the initial stage as to source for vendors or at the final stage for on-the-day-coordination.

THE DESIGN

You know how you want your event to look, you have been dreaming of that perfect picture for a long time. We can create that unique design for your event infusing your style and detail with our WOW IDEAS & sensible advice.

We are particular about your themes, colour scheme and decoration details which will enable us give you an event that truly reflects you and one which your guest will simply love. If you are having trouble getting a venue, we can suggest ideal locations that suit your desires and all you have to do is make a choice from the list.

TRES BIEN D-DAY

The big day has finally arrived all plans have been put in place but without supervision there is bound to be some mistakes and that is where we come in. This is perfect for you if you want to plan your event yourself but don’t want to lose sleep over co-ordination on the big day. A friend or a family member could help, but they would rather enjoy the day with you, rather than running it for you. We can co-ordinate your event to make sure everything is running to time and handle the 1,000,001 things that could crop up.

We will be there from SUNRISE TO SUNSET to co-ordinate all the vendors and ensure they all arrive on time i.e. the decorators are setting up the venue in line with the agreed design, the caterers are well positioned, the bar is set up, the band and other vendors are exactly where they should be; at the venue! We could even sew on buttons as nothing is a problem or a bother to us.

This is the complete package, it starts with the INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION where we sit down with you; discuss your dreams for your big day, give you some WOW IDEAS and work to guarantee your dreams come true!

We start with the initial consultation sessions, source your ideal venue, create THE DESIGN of your dreams, select the finest vendors & coordinate all the vendors while giving you progress reports so you can make all the decisions. Remember, it’s your day, your way without all the headaches! Finally, we will be there on the D-DAY from SUNRISE TO SUNSET taking care of everything right down TO-THE-LAST-DETAIL to make sure everything falls into place.

We know that it is not always easy to come out looking as glamorous as you feel, so we offer this service to clients who are in a dilemma matching their favourite colours, style, accessories & wardrobe to that big day. We offer sensible and practical advice in order to give you that total packaging that guarantees a dazzling you at all times.

We can put that glamour in your bridal party by uniquely harmonizing your colour scheme, your style and all the little details that you want. We can realistically advise you on what to wear to create that stunning you and what o leave out in order to maintain that show stopping image.
